great party cd!!! does anyone know if they released another one?

From: mike Date: January 29, 2002 at 18:35
does anyone know where to get this thanks

From: motley Date: February 4, 2002 at 15:24
Didnt sebastian Bach of X-Skid Row sing with this band?? Never heard them but saw all the pix in the mid 80's

From: Eduardo Martins Date: February 24, 2002 at 16:45
Sebastian Bach played with that band in the beggining of the 1985, if im not wrong. With ot without Bach, i think this album is one my favourite glam/hard rock recordings. I burnt a Cd-r from an original tape. Its amazing to sse how many glam bands seems to be influended by Motley Crue and Madam X.

From: HG Date: March 2, 2002 at 22:56
Bach was with this band right before Skid Row, but I have this CD and trust me, he's not on it. But it is a decent example of over-the-top hair metal.

From: Eduardo Martins Date: March 6, 2002 at 1:56
I know this album doenst have Bach on vocals. The album was released in 1984 and Bach joined the band on 1985. Your CD is a original One or a Cd-r ripped from a tape or LP? For me, this album is one of my 10 top albums, definitelly. Its remember me Quiet riot mixed with Judas Priest (from defenders of the Faith album). We... reserve the right to rock! :-)

From: goesratt Date: March 8, 2002 at 2:37
good album from madam x

From: carlos rosales Date: May 6, 2002 at 20:17
great band i have the video for 'High in High school' and it's an awesome video..

From: Metal Mike Date: May 12, 2002 at 1:02
Fuck S. Bach, Madam X kicked ass without him. Dude they had the Petrucci sisters, those chicks we're hot. A lot hotter than Sebastian Bach, FAG. I have looked for a copy of We reserve the right for like 16+ years, man does that shit bring back some fucked up memories. If anyone knows how I can get a copy, either cassette, CD, or even vinyl, I would greatly compensate them for it. E-Mail Me at cultusatanas@msn.com Up the Irons M-

From: Friday 13th Date: May 23, 2002 at 5:25
Good 80's band with 2 foxy chicks, who released a classic track 'Your High In My School'. It would be cool to see them reform, esp the guitar player in that kinky gear ha!!

From: Patrik Ek Date: June 6, 2002 at 3:22
Did Bach record anything with Madam X? The 'We reserve the right to rock' album is pretty good, I rate it 7 / 10. Sounds a little Twisted Sister party rock! Buy it if you like that kind of music! Cheers, Patrik Ek, Sweden email: patrikek@hotmail.com

From: TIM Date: June 6, 2002 at 14:53
Patrik, Bach recorded on the '85 and '87 albums. I'd kill to get the '85 album or cassette. The cd's floating around are fake as far as I know. Imagine Rob Halford singing for Motley Crue on the Shout At The Devil album. It kicks ass!

From: your lost Date: June 10, 2002 at 17:21
ummmmmmm what 85 and 87 albums madam x only put out1 album! bach and whoever never recorded with them!a shame mx never did anymore albums.what u want from quitters!!

From: TIM Date: June 11, 2002 at 1:21
Sorry, you're misinformed. Copies of the '87 release with Bach are easy to find. The '85 must have come out on tape or lp. I've got it downloaded on audiogalaxy. I've seen a few fake cd's floating around. If you still don't believe, get some of the old Headbangers Ball videos and you'll see Bach. I thought everyone knew he started with these guys.

From: lost Date: June 11, 2002 at 11:07
ok tim i read a interview with boch he did tour with them, he was the singer on the tour after the album came out and the singer split.there are bootleg videos out with him singing with them, thats prob the cd u have, otherwise the only thing u can find on audiogalaxy is stuff from the 1st album! did they put the other stuff under bach? i would like to hear it!!

From: TIM Date: July 25, 2002 at 0:02
If someone has the lp or tape, please post it on here. I have a cdr but would like the real thing if I can find it.

From: TIM Date: July 26, 2002 at 23:39
Has anyone heard Bach with Kidd Wikked?

From: TIM Date: August 2, 2002 at 16:00
I just got Bach's 1985 debut on cdr. Unfortuneately I don't have the info with it or I'd submit it for commentary. It rocks though! As I've said before, whoever didn't release this on disc ought to be shot.

From: Anthony Wild Date: September 23, 2002 at 23:44
I have been a huge fan of Bach ever since the begining of Skid Row!! But I have never heard anything about a band called Kidd Wicked! What´s that about, and when did he do that? Btw.can someone give me the site adress for S.Bach! His dad has just died! R.I.P!!!

From: Reno Date: September 23, 2002 at 23:55
Try this website Anthony http://www.sebastianbach.com/updates.html

From: rene engelaan Date: October 13, 2002 at 6:22
Great album with great songs and cool looks. Of course i got it on lp, far better than cd in my opinion, cooler sound. I think most of the 80s albumes sound better on lp than on cd. Also this MADAM X ALBUM. They also released a maxi single from the album.

From: Charlie Date: October 28, 2002 at 12:23
For all you bach fans, read this interview about madam x, this is the link. http://www.ballbusterhardmusic.com/interviews/bach.html

From: ball licker Date: October 28, 2002 at 16:45
sebastian back is gay... and you cornholed him!

From: Reno Date: October 29, 2002 at 1:54
If you have nothing even slightly intelligent to say.....Fuck Off!! In the nicest way of course. This cd has nothing to do with Bach even though he gets mentioned alot. He sang for them for a brief period. As far as this cd goes, It's getting hard to find so if you're a collector...grab it. It's not the best by a long shot, but still worth listening to.

From: Drag-in-Bones Date: October 29, 2002 at 21:53
EXCELLENT, RENO !!! I added this band to this sit and I couldn't have said it better my self!!!Bravo!!!

From: fettbo Date: November 5, 2002 at 22:18
I have this on lp which is in near mint condition I would be willing to part with it to the highest bidder. email me fettbo@yahoo.com if interested.

From: TIM Date: November 6, 2002 at 15:43
The Bach material is demos only. I don't think that was mentioned earlier. It was never officially released as far as I know. The '87 is available but the '85 is demo only.

From: gary Date: November 20, 2002 at 23:08
can i get this on cd?great band!

From: Jason Date: November 28, 2002 at 14:54
As for Sebastian Bach being gay...that's bullshit but even if he is, he has one of the greatest voices in metal. If you don't like him, don't listen to him. Any true rock/metal fan knows that Bas rips it up on stage. Anyone who doesn't like him can FUCK OFF!!!!!!!!!! Bas Rulz!!!!!!!

From: TOÑOCHILE Date: December 12, 2002 at 21:50

I have this album in 33RPM!...who wants to buy it? bikinikill@caramail.com

From: Namtab Date: February 20, 2003 at 3:29
Bach joined the band as part of a European tour, and no he did not play on the Reserve album. It is almost impossible to obtain a North American copy of this release because the original producing company went belly up, and took the rights to the music with them. It can be ordered as a Japanese import, but it has Bach on the cover, ALONE, instead of the original. This is one way cool LP, and is one of my all time favorites. Hope to find another copy someday.

From: TIM Date: February 20, 2003 at 3:56
The demos I have do have Bach doing some material from 'Reserve.' I don't know how it was obtained but I do have it.

From: Tater Date: March 14, 2003 at 9:13

Katherine , where did you go to watch Kaiser? HammerHeads, The Mason Jar or Zeros? I used to work for Bret back then. I miss those wild nights with him and Bruce, Mike, Pete, and Freddy the Lightman. You are right about the management Bob sucked as their manager. Did you ever get to meet Roxy when she would come to town?

From: Bret Kaiser Date: April 17, 2003 at 8:11

Kaiser Rocks! Had the oppurtunity to do some film work with them back in the 80's. I had never listened to hard rock before that and they made a believer out of me. If I could locate it I did have some rather juicy back stage film of Chris 'Godzilla' and a lovley redhead that followed us to Ft. Worth and Chris was autographing her hooters backstage. The night before she was in Dallas and came on the tour bus where she proceeded to rip her dress down the middle. I do still have those photos...yum

From: Gary Date: April 22, 2003 at 21:31
yummy...I was cleaning out some stuff at home and came across the album. Sure brought back memories of Bret, Chris and the gorgeous Maxine and Roxy. They were all truly a class act both on and off stage. It sure sucks to get old. Thanks for the memories. Sure would like to find Maxine, Roxy and Chris to see how they are doing as I see Bret is online here. Gary

I just got this LP on cassette. It´s excellent. The songs are really awesome, including the guitar solo called 'max volume'. Madam x should´ve been more famous. It should´ve been as famous and succesful as Poison or Motley Crue. This is a real rock´n´roll LP ´cause it shows the true meaning of this kind of music: heavy, intense and authentic. Does somebody know if there´s a web site to download more Madam X LP´s or Madam X videos?

Maxine's guitar still shreds at thirty paces now, brilliant stuff! (I like the Titania track 'Pathetic' too) True metal through and through!

It's been a longtime, I'll never forget the good 'ol Tumble days. By the way, best of luck with shopping management/label on the Titania project (If it hasn't happened all ready). I must be having a flashback. Isn't it amazing what you can find over a telephone line. Hello Maxine! Hello to Brett as well. I stumbled on to this website by accident. As a former music critic in the metro Phoenix area, I can safely say that 'both' Madam X and Kaiser provided many memorable moments, not only for me, but for hundreds of fans who came out to see them. I'll try to email you, but here is my address just in case. MartyTheAnimal@aol.com

Maxine, Maybe I can refresh your memory...We played the Hollywood Cafe on several occasions, as well as the Tumble Inn (Opened for Ronnie James Dio there), you used to get up on stage and sing 'I Hate Myself For Loving You'. I also did some fill-ins on drums for Dr.Bone, anyhow hope that helps cause to be honest it has been quite awhile, so you may not remember. In the meantime, keep me posted on the development of your website maxattacks.com. Take care, Vinnie

I have the 1984 release on Cassette, but like all those cassettes, there is no info on the members in the band. The dude on the cover is definately Sabastian Bach, but It doesn't really sound like him. The cassette was produced by Rick Derringer too, pretty cool. As for KIDD WIKKID, I have a single from when he was in that band. It was on a compilation tape I bought back in the day. He was only 17 years old I think, and the song is called 'Take a look at me'. If memory serves, it was on a moose

PETRUCCI Sisters rule !!! :band ( I know it sounds cliche but I mean it !! ) I love the TITANIA track 'Pathetic' and I totally agree with Dr Rabies ! Can't wait to hear the other songs, especially the new verison of 'Love is A Killer'...

Man, this album still rocks! I was lucky to get my hand on this yesterday (thans to those who had digitalized this...). My two first records 1984 was this and another legendary album Wasp- Wasp. Once again we see how good things Internet and powerful pc's are nowadays. There is no other way to get back these memories. Btw, in 1984 I was just a kid (8 years old), but I remembered that there were women moaning in the beginning of some song and couln't hear it now

From: Edu Martins Date: March 20, 2004 at 16:15
Bret, its a real lack of lucky that Sebastian joined the band after this album. Lots of people dont know the band by the sound and music, but just a 'ex-pre-skid Row' band... I didnt knew that when i bought the album on cassete, about 12 years ago. That was lucky, cause if i knew that, i probably listened the album with another intention... Nowadays, its one of my preefered hard-glam albums. Good chorus, party songs... All i wanted is to see that on stage only one time...

Bret Or Maxine, What has Chris been up to since the demise of the nighclub up in the U.P. Was it remodled or just left for the boneyard. Talk about a Real-Rockin Venue, That was the Cat's Ass. By the way I still have the promtional vinyl copy of your album you guys gave me when it first came out. It still holds up to today's standards. Thanks for the memories.

Hello. I`m from Bogotá, Colombia, South América. There´s a guy givin´ away Madam X cassettes to everyone in this city. I got a copy. I never get tired of listening this album ´cause it´s just perfect. Its best song is 'come one, come all'. ¡What a great song! Madam X is just awesome.

Hi from Bogotá, Colombia. A friend of mine gave away to me a Madam X cassette. I liked the band. The best song of the album was 'come one, come all'. This only Madam X album was better than the second Poison album, 'open up and say ah'.

Cheers from Spain!!As I think wasn't the case with many people,I first heard of this band because of Roxy petrucci from Vixen (I love them!!),not because of Seb Bach (to be honest I don't like him or skid row at all). When I first heard of the band I thought Maxine played bass (because she did so in Vixen in 1998) and this was an all-girl group (I really love girl groups). So when I downloaded the album some months ago it was kind of a disappointment to me to hear a guy singing, but on the other ha

From: QuarterBoy Date: July 21, 2004 at 22:11
hand I'm happy that Maxine doesn't play bass here, otherwise I probably wouldn't have discovered one of the best female guitar players in the world, she really kicks ass with her amazing guitar wizardry!!!As for the album,to be honest I don't like it very much and I probably wouldn't be interested in it if there weren't any girls in the band,as I think the album show poor musical ideas and a lot of clichés,but is worth the listen just for the guitar playing of Maxine

From: MadTurk Date: July 27, 2004 at 16:52
Hey Bret ! I think it's time you put a Madam X site together, as I believe there's none ( not even fan sites.) Roxy and Maxine have some cool Madam X pictures and stuff on theirs but nothing much. If you really have 'lots of memorabilia' as you mentioned earlier, I think you should go for it. After all, this great band deserves a kickass site along with more credit .. Rock on

Hey Bret. Can't you see MadTurk has the reason. I have his same opinion. There should be a Madam X web site, something like 'madamx.com'; if you're willing to do it, do me a favor: include the 2 Madam X videos in order to be downloaded, please. I'm from Bogota, Colombia, South America.

It´s excellent. It has a very awesome expression of guitars. It´s just wild. It´s better than the first WASP album; it´s better than 'under the blade', the first Twisted Sister album; it´s better than the first 2 Motley Crue albums, 'too fast for love' and 'Shout at the Devil. The best Madam X song is 'metal in my veins'. That song makes me wild makes me put the volume to the loudest. I´m from Bogotá, Colombia, South América.

I listened to this album and then it was finished. Went in one ear and right out the other. IMO, as throwaway as metal gets. No offence to anyone, but this personally did nothing for me and there is a lot of much better metal out there from the same time, I believe.

I loved Madam X! Bret Kaiser's voice still amazes me when I play this album. Maxine kicks ass too and it's great she's still rocking! I saw Bret in another band in L.A. in 1990 I think and they were even better than Madam X. I'm not sure if it was the band Kaiser you guys were talking about but I know they were the best band I saw in L.A. on that trip. My kids love it when I play my old music and their favorite is Come One, Come All, hee-hee, old metal for the new generation!!

Though I started with Led Zep, albums like this & TS 'You Can't Stop RnR' are the types of record that really got me into this kind of music.

If you want to know what this CD sounds like, take a good look at the cover art and whatever your first thoughts are, they're probably going to be the same thoughts you think when you hear the music. For me it was; 'Sweet f*cking Jeezus H Cripes!!! I'm blind! Get the the f*cking thing out of my eyesight! Where's the sun!! Where's the floor!! F*ck!!! This hurts so bad!!!' It was a very similar story when I heard the CD, though it was my ears that suffered then... in place of my healing eyes.

Sorry Bret, didn't mean any personal offence. This just isn't my personal cup of tea, but I know for a fact you guys had and still have heaps of fans, so ignore dipshits like me and only take note of the guys who like your stuff. I do apologise for the harshness of my comments, I must say. I know I'd be pissed off if someone with no credit at all went to town like that on my work. Enjoy the memories, best of luck in what you're doing now and PLEASE, ignore my comment! Cheers, Geoff.

Of course, Mr The Man. I will do as you say. BTW, when the fuck was I ever ahead? If I would have quit while I was ahead I'd never have typed a word. If you have a problem I'll be happy to address the issue if you'd like to email me at ihaveteeth@hotmail.com or if you want to bring up the matter on the message boards or whatever, feel free. Personally, I'm not sure what your problem is apart from the amount of annoying posts I make... but that's simply fixed - don't read them.

From: T.J. Date: January 22, 2005 at 0:05
Bret, Don't worry, this one is mine... Geoff, No actually, the problem is that you have your anal and optic nerve crossed and you have a shitty outlook on life. Hell, I have a history with this band and beyond. But, that is beside the point. Just ease up, back off and..... well, if you don't have anything nice to say, talk about the weather. If that doesn't work. "Don't go away mad Geoff, just go away." This may kill you but, I won't be giving you the satisfaction of a reply. So, don't bother.

From: Geoff Date: January 23, 2005 at 6:33
You're right T.J. I just wanted to let you know that after I post this I will be ending my life. How I can live knowing you will not give me the satisfaction of a reply will, obviously, cause me immense pain and suffering, leading me into a downward spiral paused only by my imminent suicide. I'm just so sad because I'd liked to have lived a little more of my life... but as you say, if you aren't going to reply death is the only course of action. Damn you and your unspoken reply.

From: Geoff Date: January 23, 2005 at 7:22
F*ck, sorry T.J. mate... I was meant to kill myself over you not replying, wasn't I? My apologies, but it turns out I didn't really give a f*ck whether or not you replied to me or not. I'm just going off to sleep now but I'll let you know if the nightmares about you not replying to me haunt me too much to sleep tonight... and you never know. I may just off myself yet. I just can't believe you would do something so cruel and to not reply...

I wanted to like it, I really did because I like glam from this time period and the Petrucci sisters seemed really cool in interviews. I think they are excited about what they are doing, but to me it was pretty weak. The music was okay, but the lyrics are really bad. It's like cheesey anthems for middle schoolers crossed with second rate Quiet Riot. Just couldn't get it into it.

If only this was as hot as guitarist Roxy looks(a foxy guitar wielding dominatrix with a tongue to rival Gene Simmons!!!), but sadly this is average QUIET RIOT /MOTLEY CRUE/JUDAS PRIEST inspired glam metal without the chops and smoking tunes.I guess for the year though (1984) its not to bad and does have its moments, with the title track in particular scoring highly. 50/100

This rocks out something proper. I had this back then and I still listen to it! This comes from that great mid 80's time before glam got all syrupy and wimpy. great kick ass album!

From: rick kerch vzla Date: April 9, 2016 at 23:22
A blasting release of pure Hard Rock/Heavy Metal with an edgy sound, the band somehow managed to be exposed on TV most likely because of the Petrucci sisters' wild performance,i believe, but also because they delivered cuts that could be catalogued as "commercial"...tracks 1,2,5(great guitar solo!),6 & 11 are delightful by all means...recommended stuff...88/100
