Great debut from a kickass Milwaukee band. Unfortunately, they fell victim to the grunge movement. Quick review: 1) The Habit - killer song about the dangers drug addiction. 2) Love Talk - catchy tune & chorus about what else, but talkin dirty. 3) Innocence of Time - slower song about the innocence of being young and carefree. They actually made a video for this one. 4) C.I.T.Y. (Crime Inside Today's Youth) - how crime is running rampant among the young these days. Long live PT & Vern's

Well I know this has nothing to do with their music (sorry) but I remember the lead singer for these guys was a Howard Stern look-a-like who used to walk around clubs in Milwaukee like he was a god. Turned me off to ever checking them out. That cockiness is what killed this genre of music sadly. But hey Frank n Beans you're right I loved T.A. Verns!! Saw Saigon Kick, Wasp, Ace Frehley there..aahh the memories!!

hey metalhead- i met that dude too and maybe it was because we WEREN'T women, he was a prick. Same with the singer from Problem Child- both were great bands but both had singers that walked around Verns like they owned the place. I recorded at the same studio these guys did and one thing I'll always remember is that they had a huge following. Even in Milwaukee i couldn't get my hands on this disc-I ended up with a whole box of the second one-though.

From: Dean Date: August 4, 2004 at 21:02
Hey- any of you guys from Verns remember Doc Hammer, Toxic Dollz, Model Citizen, or Problem Child? Would love to find some more stuff from those bands.

From: Dave Date: August 5, 2004 at 9:33
Hey metalhead & Dean. There were some great bands in Milwaukee at that time. PT and Problem Child were defintely my favorites though. There were also great places to play- The Haven, Starz, Vern's. Darrell, Problem Child singer, is in a metal cover band called Metal-Men these days. I've got both PT and PC discs and I have to say that I prefer PC's music. Anybody want to talk PT or PC, email me: goldglove6@hotmail.com. Also, they walked around Vern's like they owned it because they did.

From: Dean Date: August 6, 2004 at 11:30
Dave- it doesn't matter how good they were if they treat the people who come to see them like shit-I'm guessing it was just an off night. I do remember PC doing a metal version of an En Vogue tune and it was actually pretty cool. I'll shoot ya a line. Thanks.

Man did these guys sound f*cking good. This calls itself a demo, but it sounds pretty damn good to me. Powerful musicianship and soaring melodic choruses. Very good band and would loved to have heard a full length CD from them.

Great Melodic Hard Rock, solo 4 cortes pero con un estilo lleno de energia y como nos gusta no hay mas que decir otro trabajo que recomiendo personalmente asi que no se diga mas 9/10.

From: rick kerch vzla Date: July 9, 2013 at 16:39
Ummm...pretty boring demo to be honest...these guys had like some kind of lack of originality, here they sounded like Queensryche "wanna be's" and in their full lenght album(which somehow managed to catch my attention one way or the other)they went into a Motley Crue/Faster Pussycats type o' thing..."Innocence Of Time"(AORish) & "C.I.T.Y." are ok songs but...50/100
