The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular The Lizards CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. EPs and CD-singles from The Lizards are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

The Lizards are a hard rocking outfit from NY and feature legendary musicians from the classic rock era. Their new album "Rule" is an intense blend of heavy pounding rhythms, funky driving bass lines and outrageous vocal stylings by ex-Sir Lord Baltimore John Garner. Ther Lizards just finshed a successful tour of Europe with the Vanilla Fudge, and even jammed one night in the UK with Robert Plant. The band has just released a new live DVD, showing the group in top form at B.B. Kings club in NY.

Former lead vocalist for Riot, Mike DiMeo, has recently taken over the lead vocal spot for The Lizards. The band are currently preparing for a major tour - Germany, Russia, Lithuania, France, Scandinavia. The Lizards will be opening for T&A - a new supergroup featuring Pat Travers and Carmine Appice. Also The Lizards are finishing their third studio effort, which will feature Mike DiMeo and Bobby Rondinelli, who's recently quit BOC to pursue his work with The Lizards. www.thelizardswebsite.com

Mike Dimeo is still in Riot. never left. They just finished a new cd. Rondinelli is out. virgin steel drummer is in. Question is will there be a new group this summer with Dimeo, Rondinelli, and a famous guitarist named Tony ? btw, the new Riot is great.
