Buy the debut and this, and leave the rest alone. This really is most of their best stuff. Reminded me of how bad the production/mix of these albums was! Some of the demos are pretty naff, and "Take Me to Heaven" should've been on here, but check it out on eBay and snap up a copy.

Some of the demos here are pretty damn good, some are pretty damn lame. The funniest is 'In a crazy world like this'. It's really laughable when you compare it to Robin Beck's awesome version. Listen to the chorus But elsewhere, I quite like these demos and there is an awesome instrumental too. Good release for fans of the band, though it looks like most of their best songs squeezed onto the debut.

Excelente grupo desconocidísimo por estas tierras. Los temas son del primer disco y otros son demos y B-sides. Los dos discos me gustan por igual, temas mejores que otros. AOR de primera fila, la voz es lo mas alucinante del grupo IMO. Difícil dictar mis temas favoritos pero esa "somewhere out there" me ha alucinado, estoy seguro que lo he escuchado mucho mas antes ???

Essential kinda "best of" but mainly includes songs from the band's killer debut album and some others mixed with rare stuff...quite worthy by all means...apart from the mega hits the demos and b sides are great...straight to the point...GET IT!!!...95/100

This is a real treasury of every Alien fan. 'Eagle' is the B-Side of the song 'Angel Eyes', wich was released as a single in 1990. 'In a Crazy World Like This' is a monster of a song that should have been included in the debut album.

Geoff I disagree with you. 'In a Crazy World Like This' sounds much better than the original version. Jim's voice is from heaven.
