IS THIS WITH KLAUS LULEY OF CRAAFT ON VOCALS OR THE MYTHICAL AND LEGENDARY AUSTRALIAN DOUGLASS. WONDER HOW ON EARTH DID ONE LABEL GET 2 BANDS OF THE SAME NAME RELEASING THEIR ALBUM WITH THE SAME NAME TOO.

From: PATISCAT Date: December 26, 2004 at 11:54
This Band is from Switzerland :-)

From: oz rocker Date: December 26, 2004 at 20:08
This is the mythical oz band hailing from Adelaide I believe.

From: vandervelde Date: July 15, 2005 at 14:18
Well this is not mythical band from australia...this is ofcourse band of great Klaus Lulley from Craaft...very much alike Craaft albums only choruses are smaller(less louder)and less spectacular...but structure of songs is the same and i rate this album very high...this is their second album first titled 'St' has bad production and little weaker songs...

I have both the self titled cd and Mad cd if anyone is interested And I must agree with everybody else here. This is an outstanding killer album! Way to go!

From: SangreAzulForever Date: September 2, 2006 at 9:17
This album simply rocks. Just listen to the promotional samples at this site and feel the greatness of pure AOR. I'd really appreciate the works in it, for instance 'up in the sky', 'never look back' or the awesome 'sandy' set a good example about how this kind of music has to be made. 10/10

From: Wicasa Wakan Date: May 23, 2007 at 18:59
This is the line-up for this album : Cornelius (Klaus Luley) - Vocals Tony J. Conta - Guitars Alex Douglas - Bass Eliot Douglas - Drums

From: West Of Sunset Date: May 25, 2007 at 22:53
Got this one finally. I bought the limited re-issue. It's a good cd with some standouts like 'Up in the sky', 'Sandy' and 'Samuray'. Get it while you can because the re-issue is limited (1.000 copies). It'll become a rarity again. 8/10

From: Heavy.AOR Date: July 26, 2007 at 19:55

DOUGLAS is not from Switzerland, but from Greece. Release 3 records... 1. Baba O' Riley/ Set Me Free (12'' 1984) 2. State Of Rock (LP 1987) 3. Mad (CD 1991) Line-up in CD 'Mad' Cornelius - Vocals Tony J. Conta - Guitars Alex Douglas - Bass Eliot Douglas - Drums Thanks, till next time Louis

From: rbrigade Date: February 9, 2009 at 12:36
Yeah, Luis got it right, these guys are from Greece but they tried hard to get a contract outside of their homeland cause they knew that in Greece noone would notice the album. Check out Raw Silk and Trademark, two other great greek bands. Again, no connection to Craaft

From: juan carlos Date: February 9, 2009 at 16:43
A Rare and Classic AOR album indeed. I bought it Original 2 years ago and you have to do the same because itīs a great album and easy to find online these days. Yep, they are from Greece, "Never Look Back" "Sandy" "Samurai" and "Sweet Sin" are my Faves! A Must Have. 9/10

From: dan.l Date: March 27, 2009 at 7:57
I don't know where the connection between Klaus Luley comes from. The singer is Cornelius! I work with him at times, great guy. Beware that obviously none of the money goes to the band if you purchase the re-issued album but obviously its the only way to get it.

About a month ago we interviewed Eliot Douglas (Elias Paraskevopoulos), Alex Douglas (Alex Paraskevopoulos) and Tony Conta (Tony Contaxakis). Cornelius lives in the UK, works as a chef (!!!) and has two kids. The "Mad" album was recorded in 1989 in Germany. Their label decided not to promote the forthcoming album after all. Douglas came back to Greece and called it a day. Three or four years ago they found out that "Mad" was actually released in 1991! They had no idea! When they came back from Germany they didn't get the master tapes. The legal rights were then sold to the Swiss company that eventually released "Mad" in 1991. Nowadays, the above three Douglas members are session players for various Greek pop artists

150.73$ and extremely well worth it!!!excellent album from head to toe..maybe just one weak song "Up In The Sky" (at least for me) but the rest of the tracks are killers!!!..plenty of melodies and good musicianship..the ballads are amazing("Never Look Back" which is beautiful and "Sandy" an awesome one!)then the rest of the songs are highlights(especial mention to "Proud" which is catchy, solid and with explendid choruses),"Sweet Sin" & "Why"(both tremendous pieces of AOR)...well my friends, this albumhas 2 be in you collection 4 sure..if you wanna listen to some good melodic stuff then by this Douglas album and go "mad"!!!.essential,98/100

From: juan carlos Date: May 25, 2010 at 21:08
What? 150.73? hahahaa.. I wouldnīt pay that price, no way! I bought this one 3 years ago and it cost me $20 via rockshop-music.com. Get it the re-issued album immediately 90/100!

From: rick kerch vzla Date: May 26, 2010 at 1:08
150.73$ this is the last price i saw in E-bay and that was quite a bit ago dude...wouldn't buy that at that price either(ex traded it from a collector's)..anyway the album rocks!..no matter how much you'd pay for it,just get it!.

From: Rafo Phoenix Date: May 26, 2010 at 19:01

Excellent album for DOUGLAS that offers strong melodic lines, many hooks and a sweet commercial hard rock sound that reminds me of AVIATOR!def the best work a Greek band ever did and a must have for all fans with songs like"sandy","why","sweet sin"! brilliant
