The fact that I was so lucky to see FM perform this set live in London, and the fact of having meet them, makes me love this cd. One of the best unplugged performance ever, this is one of the most underrated band of the music history. Buy it,you'll love it!

why did they change musical direction i loved the first two albums then they forgot their fans

From: Jon Date: December 2, 2001 at 9:09

From: Longagofan Date: July 4, 2002 at 13:20
I have to agree with Craig - I watched FM all over England for there first two albums - then they went harder and became a bland seen it all outfit that was nothing new - Steve Overland still remains one of my fave singers

Stunner that's what you have in this album, it takes you where you would want to be when you see them do their stuff live! this is an album that takes you along for the ride and what a ride, these guys no how to have fun, and they take the whole audience with them, this will give you that feel good factor, it has it written all over it just can't be beaten pure class got to be a 10/10. Steve Overlands vocals on this are perfect what else can I say MAGIC!!!!!!

Hey FM reading the comments ? So get back to your roots. What made you 'great" and loved by fans is the first two albums. And then this masterpiece ofcourse. Steve's singing is superb as always. Hope to hear hear some real good aor/rock from them in the near future. The band still has the potential to make it real big.

Directo extremadamente cuidado.

Seeing as most fans say Aphrodisiac is the bands greatest album,I dont for a second believe that the style of the first two albums is as popular as some of you think!

Not sure about all the cover versions, but the original FM stuff sounds great and well thought out in these acoustics versions....not half baked as some bands water them down to. A worthy listen for all you FM nuts like me out there :-)

Sin embargo cuando escuche closer to the heaven decidi comprarselo automaticamente.

another live acoustic album of a rock band.its very nice to see one but not so good to have it on a cd.i mean every fan likes more a new release with new songs.anyway fm shows here some influences but i prefer their own songs and especially "face to face" and "american girls" from their awesome debut.overall nice rock atmosphere but nothing special here.where are the keyboards guys?
