From: Shoemaker Date: January 30, 2005 at 11:36
Ohhhhhhh yeeeeeees, I bought this a few weeks ago and I love it. Very melodic keyboard and guitar driven hardrock. Sounds a bit like the first two Icon albums. Very good stuff!!!

Your country even caused a lot of senceless pain when they bombed Dresden and killed innocent persons (like in Afghanistan, Iraque etc.) And which country worked until 1939 with nazi methods when it comes to decide who may immigrate and who not?? And what's with the Mexican in particular today?? .......Well, 'nuff said 'cuz I don't want the CIA in my house.

This is a Class Metal masterpiece! "Bite The Bullet" e "Don' t Tread On Me" rimarranno in eterno scolpite nella roccia dell' Heavy!

Jose Ferro, Agentz bass player/songwriter has just informed Heavy Harmonies that the album "Stick to yor Guns" has been re-mastered and will be releasing it shortly. He promisies that this version is MUCH better than the un-authorized Racer Records bootleg. For more information please e-mail agentzbass@yahoo.com

Songs are pretty good. Have that big driving sound and are catchy and melodic. Only complaint is the singer. It's a shame the singer wasn't better on this one as the songs suffer. I give this CD a 4/10 - good songs/music but not that good of a singer. Is listenable but a little tough on the ears for some songs (especially track 4 when he is screaming high towards the end which sounds like they keep dubbing so it carries on). Some songs he sounds ok on (1, 2, and 7 that I can remember).

From: aorteto Date: November 29, 2006 at 12:18
Excellent CD, it`s like a rawless ( ? ) ICON (first album ) with a lot of keyboards, big choruses here and there and no fillers in sight.

From: z4roxx Date: December 21, 2006 at 13:32
I must give a rate for a 1986 release, and that’s awesome melodic metal with a decent singer(but sometimes he’s horrible as in the first song). If you say that’s generic melodick metal you must think that is of 1986,not 2006.Great release finally on cd!9.5/10.

Buen disco. 8/10

From: RonnieJamesDaddo Date: April 10, 2007 at 5:24

From: z4roxx Date: April 10, 2007 at 15:51

From: z4roxx Date: April 10, 2007 at 15:53

From: Nix Date: July 10, 2007 at 4:11
This is truly great melodic metal/AOR. This album reminded me of Icon's Night Of The Crime at first listen. My favorite song is 'Bite The Bullet', which I would consider a classic of the genre. 'Don't Tread On Me' is killer too and 'When the Axe Falls' is another great one, but this album is full of awesome songs. Love the keyboards. If you like Icon, you gotta check this out. Recommended to all fans of Melodic Hard Rock/Metal/AOR. CLASSIC!

From: RonnieJamesDaddo Date: August 7, 2007 at 7:15
Hai capito. Io so tutto e te dimorto poco.

From: z4roxx Date: August 7, 2007 at 13:09

From: z4roxx Date: August 7, 2007 at 15:57

From: Figge Date: August 7, 2007 at 19:12
Once again, I don't know if I'm supposed to take these comments/reviews serious or not?!? This vocalist sounds like someone monkeying around in a karaoke bar...for fun. Hideous!

From: Figge Date: August 7, 2007 at 19:17
And comparing this band to ICON....my GOD!!! You CAN'T be serious! Get a grip folks. ;-)

From: shoemaker Date: August 8, 2007 at 2:40
Open your ears Figge. The songs sound a bit like ICON, to give a discription for people who don´t know this album. And yes, the singer is a bit weak, he sounds very similar to the singer from ETERNITY X.

From: Figge Date: August 8, 2007 at 7:22
Well, the vocalist makes me want to shut my ears as much as possible. ;-) If so, this album doesn't sound more ICON than just about every other melodic hard rock album. This is second rate all the way, songs, production and performances....when ICON is CLASS in every aspect. At least on "Night Of The Crime". If you like it, good for you....I just thought I'd balance it up a little.

Good album that at first or at least in the first song "Stick To Your Guns" is hard to digest basically because the voice of Mr Dubs isn't that consistant but as the song goes on it turned out to be a good one,on the second track "Don't Tread On Me" you can hear that Dubs starts 2 show us his skills as a singer and then you can realize that the guy has potential(it reminded me badly of Kal Swan /Lion fame vocalist),track 3 "Time Will Tell" is kinda AOR with some HR in it then "Take A Chance On Love" being this one where Dubs put his effort a 100% indeed ,track 5 "Bite The Bullet" and track 7 "When The Axe Falls" are also recommendables too.Good round album by a band that just,as far as i know, recorded this one only.88/100

From: kamd Date: April 20, 2011 at 20:37
what a fanastic work they do! I really want to get a CD (not a copy) Stick To Your Guns is Magnificent!

Theres no doubt about vocalist Patrick Dubs has a unique vocal delivery, but once you can get passed it (if u have to) and understand he can actually sing, you will hear this album is a closet classic of pompous melodic hard rock. The vinyl itself back in the 90s used to go for quite big money, 75 uk pounds as I recall, so its was great to hear about the CD reissue. Don't know about rare eps it was never mentioned to me when I was in contact bassist Jose Ferro. Its possible if you had the bootleg CD it was tracks by another band. Going by Agentz BandCamp site Patrick Dubs was at one point a member of Savatage.
