The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Northern Light CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Just look who's on this album.A cool piece of smooth A.O.R/Westcoast that could flatter to deceive to some people. As in,it just sounds a bit samey to other albums of the genre.Still,I like it,but it may just lack that certain something.....

Agreed - good line up of vocalists that generally deliver the goods (Fergie Frederiksen especially)and Tor Talle delivers some nice solos. My main problem with this is that it is yet another of those ok-good releases which we are being swamped with at the moment. Songs are ok, playing is ok, production is ok (although no bottom end which gives a tinny feel to the whole thing). In this day and age, I want more than OK i'm afraid.

Nice album Not spectacular. Lacks the punch IMO.None the less a very good album. Nice consistency. 8/10 By the way the Boystown album ( a re-release) should be added here. What a great album that is. A mix between Blind Date and Mecca. Has 80ies quality written all over it.Excellent album. Altho the live track(last song of the album) is a miss hit. Great album tho. 9/10

Indeed : I can't say it any better. Nice, but not spectacular. The singers are great, a pity the same can't be said of all the songs. Nice, but not that breathtaking. This is certainly not a bad AOR record, by no means, but it's beaten by Blanc Faces, Cry Holey and the second one from Secret Smile ! And mr. Bardowell is following to take the AOR crown this year (not the new one from Journey, which is rather average!)

Awesome AOR album! Possibly my favorite release of 2005. Fergie Fredrickson gives a nice performance in the catchy 'Eye to Eye', Tony Mills shine on both of his tracks 'While There's Still Time' and 'When I Close My Eyes', Rob Moratti blends in well in what I think is the best track on the album in 'High Above The Sky' and Kimmo Blom handles his second cut 'Lay Down Your Defences' well. Peter Sundell does a good job on all 3 of his tracks too. Very little filler here. Highly recommended! 9.4/10

From: Rafo Phoenix Date: March 1, 2007 at 11:56

La bonita final "Wherever You Go" está excelente tb. 8.6/10

An extremely catchy album, very sweet indeed...rather than memorable is a very melodic piece of art...especially they emphisised on the choruses lines..."I Will Follow" is an excellent opener,"Don't Turn Away" starts the catchy mayhem,"While There's Still Time" is a wonderful song,"Still My Hero" is another catchy sing along song..then the faves appeared.."Rain Of Tears" which is excellent and with an electrifying guitar ending,"High Above The Sky" and "Wherever You Go" which is very beautiful.."Eye To Eye" is also worth to mention...with all those guest musicians and singers the least we could expect is a bad album..but as i said, rather than memorable is a catchy one...even though is a good release it could have been more consistent.92/100
