If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Vancouver CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Vancouver are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

This is Another release on the Long Island Gold classic series (Gold disc, embossed cover etc) & as with quite a few in the same series is nothing spectacular (and definately not 'Classic'). Don't know anything about this band at all (I bet Freak does!!!) except this is the only release I have ever heard being released by them. It Has it's moments & is well played and sounds pretty good, so if Canadian MR is your thing (I presume they are Canadian) & you see it fairly cheap it's worth a listen.

A bit hardrock by numbers I'm afraid. One of the less interesting releases on the sadly missed Long Island Records. And Jez, I don't know a damn thing more about this act than you. Certainly not classic stuff !

Pleasant album for our ears i must say...ok AOR freaky, this ain't a classic release or we don't have to go and kill our moms to have this on our hands but surely it ain't a complete waste at all and that's the part i agree with Jez,the band sounds well..."Rock'N'Roll Machine"(with a Pomp AOR feel),"Breaking Loose","The Letter"(nice),"Ask Me What"(nice AOR),"The Last Time"(nice AOR) & "I Need Love"(nice AOR) are my faves...86/100

They play melodic hard rock like a mix of APRIL WINE, CHILLIWACK and STREEHEART. My two favorite tracks are "Heart Of The City" and "I Need Love".
