The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Warrant CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. EPs and CD-singles from Warrant are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

Is this a WILDSIDE cover band? Hair of the Dog? C'mon guys, how dumb was this to name this record (if you can call it that) Under The Influence? I can just hear the logic, "Yeah guys...nobody will remember that WILDSIDE had a record called UTI, let's just go ahead and do it, nobody'll know." Another killer career decision by Jani Bon Neil. Why do I hate this band so??

From: jason (FA-Q) Date: December 8, 2003 at 23:55
Oops... You know a band has lost it when they put out an album full of cover songs. tisk, tisk..........

From: M. Allen Date: December 9, 2003 at 0:17
A warrant should be put out for this band's arrest for foisting a bunch of crappy cover tunes on their fans. That's what gutted Guns N Roses' career & unless WARRANT come back with a vengeance, their career will be deader than a eunuch's dick. Sure, the 2 new studio tracks are OK, but they don't make up for the rest of this lame CD. These down boys need to go back to their "Cherry Pie" glory days...that's what gained them legions of fans and made them dirty, rotten, filthy, stinking rich...

From: Blue Tequila Date: December 9, 2003 at 11:05
It's too bad they didn't put together a new album containing songs with the energy and classic Warrant sound that the song "Face" has. Easily the best Warrant tune they have made since the Dog Eat Dog days.

From: koogles Date: December 23, 2003 at 11:54
Didn't these guys learn anything from GnR's Spaghetti Accident? Or Trixter's Undercovers? The man responsible for this should change his name to Jani LAME.

From: Fat Freddy Date: January 5, 2004 at 16:31
Bizkit82 -- Overkill also released an album called UNDER THE INFLUENCE in 1988.

From: Bizkit82 Date: January 5, 2004 at 18:30
Overkill? Never heard of 'em. Just knew the Wildside one.

From: Fat Freddy Date: January 5, 2004 at 18:55
Bizkit, you've never heard of Overkill? Wow, obviously you're not a thrash metal fan then? They've been around for years and years, have tons of albums out, and they're from my home state of NJ, they just rule. Check out Dan's other site, Brutalmetal.com for all the Overkill info you need. Peace!

From: Cruise Date: March 5, 2004 at 19:20
If these are the bands that influenced Warrant then how come you don't hear any of these influences in their own music? Either Warrant were playing music they didn't like or these aren't the artists they idolised. Just a thought.

From: Dean Date: March 7, 2004 at 15:05
The two originals on here are pretty good, but I'm ready to hear Jamie St. James breathe some new life into these guys- am I the only one who kind of thinks that the band should change their name now that Jani is gone?

From: Gar Date: March 7, 2004 at 18:45
I agree with you, Dean. They should change their name. But it will never happen. The Warrant name alone will draw people to their concerts. Under a new name people would have no idea who they are(unless maybe they changed their name to "Down Boys". But that would be pretty pointless). Anyway it'll be interesting to see how Warrant do with a singer without as many problems as Lane. Wish 'em luck!

Nice covers compilation by Warrant, but much better are their old music. I trade glam cds: lhgordo@yahoo.com

From: RattnRoll Date: July 23, 2004 at 16:07
The only reason you should buy this one is for the last two songs which are the only Warrant studio songs put out in like a million years. For the cover songs: Warrant don't need to do covers, it's a shame for all the musical talent they possess and a ripoff for the fans.

From: Warhead Date: August 23, 2004 at 10:33
Listen to Jani's solo "Back Down 2 1" and you'll hear the tone and style that influenced him. It's power pop rock. Closer to the older stuff than Ultra and Belly 2 Belly were, but don't expect a full frontal of Cherry Pie style. This cd offers a few good choices of cover tunes, while the rest or rather bland and I mean bland. What makes this cd is the 2 new Warrant tracks. Sub-Human is between Dog and Belly, but with a very cool guitar riff, but the other song Face is incredible!

From: Halenon6 Date: August 24, 2004 at 23:59
Why didn't they make a full-length album around the two original songs on here??? Face is incredible tune. If your a fan of Bon Jovi, Matchbox 20, Nickelback, old Warrant, Train, Lifehouse, etc. you'll love this song. Subhuman is pretty cool rocker. Surrender is about the best cover on the disc. The guitarist, Billy Morris (who is in Jani's solo band)sings the AC/DC song and does quite well. Buy it at a cheap price...the originals redeem the rest.

From: RETROSPECT Date: October 4, 2004 at 14:10
yeah, they jumped the shark on this one. Wildisde - hang on lucy baby - great stuff.

From: jercar171 Date: October 30, 2004 at 23:50
well with out jani there is no warrant so jamie st what eevr his name is lol hell he sucked then an he sucks now that fuck doesnt even sound close to jani an his stupid fag band sucked anyhow black n blue lol bottom line no jani no warrant

From: Impaler Date: April 17, 2005 at 3:29
This 1 grows on you as they did do a good job covering these tunes and the ballad 'Face' is pretty cool also. Dear jercar171, Jani Lane is a bid fat slob, I mean seriously, have you seen him, I have and his voice sucks live. Maybe Warrant won't keep going w/o Jani, but they weren't gonna be able to keep going with him either! And Black 'N Blue was a pretty cool band so why are you dissing them, Jamie St. James actually sounds more like old Warrant than Jani does now!!!!!!!!!!

From: Date: May 1, 2005 at 7:24
I just hate perris records and anything that horrible record company brings out, seems everything from them sounds weak and under produced.

From: Scandinavia Date: May 1, 2005 at 12:28
...Except the excellent BLIND DATE cd...
