Very highly anticipated this one for me (8 years), but another that thankfully doesn't disappoint. A more stripped back feel to this than previous releases, due to the utilisation of a 3 piece band, but thast said, they make a hell of a powerful sound together on a lot of the tracks here. The first 5 tracks are all excellent, with all the usual Kim touches, with special mention going to the title track & the lovely ballad 'Love Overtime'. 'Dream Thieves' I must admit didn't do a whole lot for me

..but things get back on track for the rest of the album, with the coupling of N'awlin Nights' & last years 'Fill Your Head With Rock' compilations title track (hidden here at the end),finishing things off in rollicking fashion. I Love all the stuff Kim has done without exception & 'Ain't Life Amazing' fits the bill admirably, nestling snuggly alongside the rest of his excellent back catologue.
