I could simply mention that Jeff Scott Soto is behind the microphone and leave you with that, but that would be truly unfair to the other three incredibly talented musicians holding their ground behind Soto's legendary vocals. Neal Grusky plays some powerful AOR/hardrock guitar, backed by the very solid time-keeping of drummer Robert Duda & bassist Gary Schutt. The first 5 tracks of this CD are all-out A+ material, combining undeniable sing-along melody with precise yet colourful musicianship. "

ANOTHER FINE PIECE OF MR. SOTO & CIA . THESE GUYS COMBINE MELODY AND SOUND IN A WAY THAT CATCHES YOUR ATTENTION IMMEDIATELY.

From: Rycheage Date: March 11, 2004 at 22:52
To be fair though, it's not as strong as their debut 'Eternal Faith', but does have it's moments - quite a few of them actually. It's still worth a spin for those into their brand of melodic rock - especially Malmsteen and Talisman fans.

Unfortunately, on only album number two, it already started to sound like routine for these guys. The songs lack any real passion at all and wheras they may be decent melodic rockers, the whole thing just sounds hollow to me. 'Your love' is cool melodic rock, but this just sounds unispired overall.

6.94 DE PUNTUACION , ALGUNO NO TIENE NI PUTA IDEA DE MUSICA, ESTE DISCO MINIMO UN 8 , TODO LO QUE HACE SOTO ES DE 8 PARA ARRIBA, Y ESTE DISCO ES BUENISIMO, EL QUE BAJO UN POCO EL LISTON ES EL BLIND IN PARADISE QUE PARA MI ES BAJA EL NIVEL , PERO YO PONGO "SOTO=10"

From: z4roxx Date: February 20, 2005 at 17:10
IMO their best release indeed. That's simply immediate melodick hard rock full of great tunes, maybe a little generic but it'a always a pleasure hearin'this kind of music if you love it.No fillers!!!9.5/10

From: DANTE Date: June 29, 2006 at 10:40
Estoy de acuerdo con Meradona. Es un disco impresionante, para mí el mejor de Takara. Todo lo que toda Scott Soto lo convierte en oro. Un pedazo de disco de AOR.

From: Rafo Phoenix Date: January 31, 2007 at 23:50

From: camelot66 Date: April 13, 2008 at 3:52
This is for me by far the best Takara cd,because the songs just somehow concect straitaway and Jeff Scott Soto sings quit briliantly on this cd. I don,t think there is one bad moment on this Album, the production is much better than the other 2 releases,I grant this Melodic-Rock cd a 9 maybe even a 9.5,great stuff.

From: 123charpenay Date: July 5, 2012 at 12:31
excellent continuation of their first exceptional record.ok here we are not at the same level but this second effort stay a high class melodic rock album.jeff scott soto is one of the best singer of the world.when you have a singer like this in your band it s a big advantage.i recommand this cd to all lovers of aor.impossible to be disapointed.the japan bonus track is a message for japan fans.

In the same line as the band's debut i believe..."Taste Of Heaven","Save Me" and the solid great ballad "Lonely Shade Of Blue" are the best tracks for me...1,2 & 5(solid soft)are also quite appealing too...87/100

From: 123charpenay Date: February 8, 2013 at 16:06
to be very honest their debut album is better.no hesitation.
