From: Rafo Phoenix Date: December 18, 2007 at 12:36

From: CC Date: January 28, 2008 at 8:32
UK version has just come out, and the final song "Lets ride" has been replaced with "Hellfire". I hate it when they do shit like this. Thankfully I had downloaded the Aussie version of the album before my copy arrived, otherwise I would not have realised this!

People keep slagging this band because of their similarity to AC/DC, but after a few spins of RUNNIN WILD I have to say... WHO CARES? The "real" AC/DC haven't put out anything new in nearly a decade now, so I'll happily spin RUNNIN' WILD until they decide to get off their asses and give us new material. This album smokes from beginning to end! All killer, no filler!!

From: metalmastermusic Date: March 10, 2008 at 14:39
Picked up this one today !! Absolutely smokes..like the comments before mine they are similiar to AC/DC/Dirty Looks/Kix ....I wish AC/DC would put something out like this again but alas the well seems to hav gone dry for them. I understand these guys are now opening for WWE events now (I have wrestling) to pump up the crowds. I have the American version is released on the Roadrunner label. This is good time party rock at its best 9/10 in my book.

Great raunchy Rock'n'Roll album ala AC/DC and Krokus,if you like those bands then Airbourne will suit you just fine. Also recomendeable is their debut album ("Ready To Rock")which is not listed here. All the songs are worth listening.90/100

From: Put-Put Date: August 11, 2009 at 2:41
these guys rock on i have seen it on wacken 2008 these boys bring the best to the public i love it

From: happy2849 Date: December 6, 2010 at 12:16
Hard edged rock with attitude. When I'm in the mood for something a little heavier then AOR, this does the trick.

From: andi Date: February 2, 2011 at 2:02
if you write the band AIRBOURNE in this side...than write the Name correct!Band called AIRBOURNE and not AIRBORNE!I mean you heavyharmonies!!The Name in "Best Albums 2010 is uncorrectly"!!!

From: ghettonation73 Date: February 28, 2012 at 11:59
I'd rather have a band sound like AC/DC rather than Fall Down Boy, or Limp Dickit! I would love to see these guys get more recognition. How about have them tour with Steel Panther? that would be an awesome show.

From: ghettonation73 Date: July 31, 2013 at 3:23
These guys are the real deal. I wish JokeTV would pull their heads out of their asses and play Runnin' Wild, Cheap Wine, or No Way But The Hard Way instead of 16 year old girls getting knocked up. I have all three of their cds and I like them all. I wish these guys would tour with Steel Panther. They sound like AC/DC in their prime about 25 years later and with more balls and attitude. I love the video for Runnin' Wild where Lemmy is driving the truck.

From: Doghouse Reilly Date: April 17, 2014 at 21:38
A great, high-energy, no-filler debut, these young Australians obviously learning well from the Book Of Angus and coming off like a cranked-up AC/DC, like an extension of that band's bigger-and-louder '80's approach, except Airbourne remembered the hooks. Ryan O'Keefe sings in a Sam Kinison yell that suits the stomping, power-chord-driven music perfectly. Favorite tracks: "Runnin' Wild,' "Tooo Much, Tooo Young, Too Fast," "Diamond In The Rough," "Fat City," "Girls In Black" and "Heartbreaker."

From: Doghouse Reilly Date: April 18, 2014 at 7:29
Joel, I meant Joel, dammit, Ryan's the drummer.

From: Inmortal Date: November 17, 2016 at 11:02
Es increible que escuche en esta epoca de la vida a un banda con el estilo clasico de los AC/DC, es impresionante pero no iguales me encanta este disco es mortal y poderoso.

From: CC Date: May 14, 2018 at 14:10
I still think of these guys as being a "new" band, but fuck me it is hard to take in that this album is 11 years old already.

From: Doug Date: May 14, 2018 at 17:41
Wow, time flies. "Too Much, Too Young, Too Fast" is a killer song.

From: Doghouse Reilly Date: May 14, 2018 at 23:39
CC, I'm finding that almost all of the bands I think of as "new" are at least ten years old now. Offhand, the only exceptions I can come up with, for truly "new" bands are stuff like The Wild! Oddly, the artist that made me think of this just the other day was Kid Rock (not on this site, but in all seriousness, maybe he should be at this point). Dude should change his name tot Dad Rock. It doesn't matter how many times he still says "fuck," his music has become so middle-aged.

From: CC Date: May 15, 2018 at 21:02
Funnily enough another artist not on this site sprang to mind the other day, and I was like "Fuck me, how can Avril Lavignes first album be 16 years old? It is nearly as old as she was when it came out"... that is some scary shit.

From: hair metal again Date: February 27, 2022 at 12:01
Excellent debut for AIRBOURNE in a high energetic hard rock sound very simple lar to the fastest ACDC stuff! No fillers.all the songs stand out and the only problem is the lack of great solos and that they do exaggerate doing the same thing all the time! for what they do , they re great
