Voodoo Circle are officially in my top 5 bands since 2008 after this disc. I don't care that they sound like Whitesnake from late 70's to '89 as I LOVE that sound. All of their music is really enjoyable but Whisky Fingers has my favorite song from them in "Watch and Wait". Sounds like two songs spiced into one but really works well. Highly enjoyable music. 93/100

A band very influenced by the likes of Whitesnake,Deep Purple & Rainbow, vocally(Readman sound way too Coverdale and that can be a bit annoying)and musically,a good one for sure but the problem with these kind of acts is that the lack of originality can kill them in one single shot...tracks 1,3,4,5(nice),6(my fave),8(nice)& 9 are pleasant and fine pieces of music...the album deserves a good rate because at least the band sticks to their main inspirations and to the "old sound" of Rock Music.87/100

The guys continue on the chosen path, with a lot of inspiration in earlier times when the likes of Deep Purple and later Whitesnake ruled the hardrock scene. My favorites are the calmer and bluesier tracks The day the walls came down and The rhythm of my heart.
