From: jimbo Date: April 30, 2001 at 7:59
have to agree with carlos on this one. amazing album, great songs.

From: Danny Date: September 3, 2001 at 10:13
love this record. saw the band live in hollwood in '90, they put on an amazing show. lights, fire, sex, all the best you could want. i even have a bootleg video of the band. wish they were still around.

From: dunsy Date: October 12, 2001 at 2:47
I have 4 demo songs from this album, but I don't have the album. Can anybody make me a copy or be up for a trade? dunsyd@hotmail.com. Thanks.

From: Glammiemonster Date: February 4, 2002 at 2:31
Dowloaded the whole album, coz it roxx like a bitch.

From: TheRipper Date: February 7, 2002 at 15:30
Now this damn album is one of my best kept secrets, or one of the most underrated of all time (whatever way you like it). It flatout Rips!!! 'Take one step closer, buddy, and I'm gonna Fuck you up!', I think is how G.G puts it on Neighborhood Nightmare (track 8). All the songs are incredible. NO JOKE. Get it all costs! Reminds me of a great lost Ratt album with kind of a rough voice like Pearcy but only better, Okay, maybe equally as good, because I love Ratt too. 10 all the way.

From: HG Date: February 17, 2002 at 15:43
When I heard the band name and album title, I expected it to be a little sleazier than it turned out to be. They style is a lot like early Poison, but they are not quite that good. Don't get me wrong though, its worth having.

From: TIM Date: May 9, 2002 at 22:22
Fallen' In Lust Again was about the only tune I liked. The rest was kind of stale.

From: TheRipper Date: May 21, 2002 at 19:35
No, this release isn't average, it's AWESOME and ESSENTIAL for any true 80's hard rock and metal enthusiast collection!!! It's that simple, let me see, I'd call them a mix between Ratt and Poison (but more riffy and crankin) with a hint of a hint of Tigertailz' 'Ypung and Crazy' sound. Just perfect, Grab it if you can, hands down a 12 out of 10!!!

From: t.deexx Date: June 9, 2002 at 9:02
I still remember the day I bought this record in a local store in Gijón, spain.I was young, happy and glammy. I´ve taked the record to a party...and everybody was dancín´everynight.Several years after, i still listening to it , and i still lovin ´ this record. Poison clones? yep, but with a lot of fun in every song. I love this record.Shit n´roll , the best shit available.

From: t.deexx Date: June 9, 2002 at 9:03
err..sorry, dudes, i remember i´ve lost the cover of the cd. If somebody can help me, write me , please to vishtah@lycos.es

From: RichieRocker Date: June 24, 2002 at 21:59
These guys are a great band. They play intense, the guitars sound awesome, and the vocals are superb!! I wish they made another album after this one.

From: RichieRocker Date: June 27, 2002 at 17:22
Awesome band with all the right ingredients to kick ass. My favorite song lately has been 'Restless Love' I would say this is an essential recording for any 80s rock fan.

From: RichieRocker Date: July 11, 2002 at 16:53
'TRY ME' IS FRIGGIN AWESOME, IT HAS AWESOME RHYTHYM AND A BALLSY ATTITUDE. I WISH THESE GUYS WERE STILL AROUND MAKING MUSIC THEY KICK ASS!!!!

From: David Date: August 10, 2002 at 22:05
Have any of all locals heard of a hard/sleaze rock band called Toymakers Dream? Check out http://artists.mp3s.com/artists/125/toymakers_dream.html

From: howlindb Date: September 7, 2002 at 1:36
What a trip! I did a search on my old band Noize Toys and something actually came up! Nice to hear that anybody liked it(let alone bought it!) Even more surprising to hear that our original demo got around too! I can't believe how long ago that was...oh well, maybe all of the crap we went though was worth something afterall...- Dana B By the way, G.G. did most of the guitar on the album (replacing Pete Downes, the original guitarists parts-but that's Pete on the demo).

From: HairMetalManiac Date: September 7, 2002 at 9:17
I bought this CD without ever hearing anything by these guys and I'm glad I did. There isn't anything original about it but what they did, they did well. Great rocker and something I'd recommend...

From: nitrodoll Date: September 8, 2002 at 7:24
i agree with everybody above, this is a must have for rockers into 80's rock..or just plain kick ass rock for that matter.. i wonder what all those guys are doing theze days? they were such excellent musicians that they just can't dissapear into nothing, anyone with info on them? faves are: restless love, gunning for ya, paradise line, ..ah all songs are great.. nitrodoll1974@hotmail.com

These guys are awesome! Take no crap rock n roll the way it's supposed to be! I want this CD! I have songs downloaded but I never see this CD anywhere, I heard it's out of print but also its never on EBAY that much. Does anyone know how much it goes for?

From: TIM Date: March 23, 2003 at 3:55
Normally around $24 for the regular pressing and around $80 for the Japanese. I've found several copies already. One for $44, $115, and $70 (Japanese pressing). The Japanese pressing is the best value. They show up fairly often and I could obtain one for you. My email: rio1harris@aol.com

From: RichieRocker Date: March 23, 2003 at 6:05
Cool!! Thanks TIM.

From: TIM Date: April 7, 2003 at 16:01
I listened to this one again and it's starting to grow on me. The title track and cover tune are my fav's.

From: TheRipper Date: April 7, 2003 at 16:57
Keep going Tim, let the choruses sink in, the whole album is GREAT. 'Restless Love', 'Fallin', 'Gunnin', 'Neighborhood Nightmare', 'Try Me', and the very straight-to-the-point 'Hot And Wet' and the classic sounding LA closer 'Paradise Lane' are all AWESOME, and everything between those too, really. Go Get it to all who aren't familiar with release!

From: TIM Date: April 7, 2003 at 18:11
Only the cover tune and title track are really that good in my opinion. None are bad but I don't find that all blow me away. I've listened to it many times. Even when I made the initial comment I only liked the two I just mentioned. I've gotten to where I like the rest but not sure I love them. Rock Candy still rules in my book.

From: TheRipper Date: April 7, 2003 at 18:18
Many rule in my book (I love music too much to only have one fav), and these guys are one of the many of my favs. Now, one could say Malicious Mischief or Rock Boulevard or like you say Rock Candy, are all over these guys and I don't find anything wrong with that. But for those who are unfamiliar with this release check it out if you like a Hard Edged Hard Rockin LA style of glam.

From: jayglam Date: April 8, 2003 at 17:21
I love the opening riff to Restless Love once you hear that riff you know this CD is going to be killer. I bought this on tape in 1988 and now have it on CD. Underated should have been bigger than they were. Thats the way it goes the better band you are the less you are known. Best track are Restless Love, Falling in Lust again, Gunnin for ya, and try me but the others are great too. People into rockin glam should buy this cd. Jay from Australia.

From: Temera Date: July 17, 2003 at 6:44
hey anyone know where i can get this record??

From: TIM Date: July 17, 2003 at 9:07
Actually, it's quite easy to get depending on what you want to spend. You can generally get one on Ebay for around $30-$35. Sometimes a bit cheaper. It was going for $25 for some time.

From: GG Date: September 28, 2003 at 5:25
hey tim, gg here ; ) do you know where i can snag one of the japanese cd's??? pls lemme know. thanks, ~g

From: GG Date: September 28, 2003 at 5:26

hello i have this cd its a very good cd i would be glad to make a copy for anybody under one condition i am wanting a band called dr love it was on pj i would trade for a copy here is my email ok metalhead@centurytel.net thanx bob

From: koogles Date: May 12, 2004 at 12:05
Love the pictures on the front and back. Captures the essence of the glam attitude! Musically, this is fun, mindless, sexist, Circus Magazine party metal with no one song jumping out from the rest. Having said that, 'Restless Love', 'Hot and Wet' and 'Do You Want It' are my personal favorites. Anyone with a sweet tooth for Ratt, Tuff, Roxxi and Poison will love this one.

From: Richierocker Date: August 21, 2004 at 11:46
These guys are animals!!!! They have a certain bad ass we dont give a shit attiude and there songs and lyrics are dripping with sexual sleaze. This is one of my all time favorites. No filler on this album. get this album and play it loud.

From: Dean Date: August 22, 2004 at 11:39
Only one problem Richierocker-everytime i bid on this damn cd i get beat out-i have it on tape and it's starting to sound pretty rough but these guys have been one of my faves for a long time. 9/10

From: Richierocker Date: August 22, 2004 at 13:15
LOL I hear ya Dean. I downloaded all the songs. i have never seen it on ebay to be honest. Good luck finding it. Rock n roll!!

From: Geoff Date: August 22, 2004 at 23:30
I had this one up for sale on ebay a few months ago! Didn't go for as much as I was hoping - I think around the usd$30 mark. To me, as a massive fan of glam, this was a little uninspired and did not have those killer anthems you'd find on a PBF or Bang Gang CD... and to be honest I have about 20 glam demos that never got released that are a lot better than this. Decent hard rock, but glam more in image than songs... though the titles say differently...

From: Kip Date: August 31, 2004 at 17:53
I was thuroughly disappointed in this when I first hear it. The style was what I was expecting, but the production was GOD AWFUL, and the songs lacked emotional and musical depth. There were three good songs here, but nothing great and a lot of filler. Highlights are Hot And Wet, Restless Love and Fallen In Lust... Again. You can do better than spending money on this release, which is quite rare and way to pricey for the lack of quality within. 2.5/10

From: staryder1 Date: September 20, 2004 at 18:46
I HAVE THIS CD ON DR DREAM LABEL USA COPYRIGHT 1988 IS IT WORTH ANYTHING OR MORE THAN THE JAPANESE PRESSING

From: Matias Date: January 16, 2005 at 2:05
Hi. i'm from argentina, i've only heard one song from this band, 'do you want it' and after a couple of listenings i came to like it a lot. I think music wise the band is very good. It makes me remember warrant, poison and wildboyz. It would be cool to listen to the rest of the songs. NOIZE TOYS rules! Guys when are you doing a little website?

From: krisglam Date: March 23, 2005 at 13:22
me gusta, me gusta. Tiene algo de MOTLEY, TIGERTAILZ y LONDON. recomendable. KRISGLAM@HOTMAIL.COM

From: z4roxx Date: March 23, 2005 at 13:33
Tigertailz will play in my city since few days...I'm curious to see if they still are O.K.!

From: Joshy St. Jaimz Date: March 1, 2006 at 20:48
This style of hard rock glam is right up my alley and it doesn't disappoint. Like several have mentioned, it's criminal that guyz like this couldn't get a major deal. With anthems like 'Do you want it', 'Wanna hear the Toyz', and 'Gunnin' For Ya' , Noize Toyz should have gone over huge. Love the front and back album coverz by the way

From: poproxx2007 Date: March 9, 2006 at 6:41
I found this for 49 cents at the Wherehouse used. Sold it for $80 on ebay. I am a huge glam fan but dont understand the appeal of this one. None of the songs are as strong as anything done by Pretty Boy Floyd or Tigertailz. There are really no stand outs except maybe the title track. Dont waste your money!

From: Cisca Date: July 23, 2006 at 2:58
These guys really rocked! I remember seeing them at Jezebel's all the time! LOL! I had an advantage... I was dating one of the guys ('Philthy Rych') so I was at all the gigs and got to sort of know the guys. I wish they would've had more hits but I guess it wasn't meant to be... Album is great but the quality wasn't that great cause of the small amount put into it by the record company. Anyone who knows Rych or the guys go ahead and e-mail me: hippiechick007@gmail.com

From: metalheadrocks Date: July 26, 2006 at 4:55
THIS IS BOB I HAVE A CDR COPY OF THIS THIS IS A GOOD CD IF I AM NOT MISTAKEN I MAY HAVE ANOTHER TITLE FROM THEM I MAY BE WRONG THIS IS A VERY VERY HARD TO FINE GEM PS MY ART WORK IS ALSO VERY GOOD METALHEAD@CENTURYTEL.NET

From: XabDeth Date: August 19, 2006 at 19:00
yeaaahh, el disco es muy bueno, tremendos temas...8/10

From: stryper Date: September 10, 2007 at 5:00
nothing new at all on this disc.but still i love it.i suppose its because they play it by the numbers lol...well worth picking up imho

From: sebo 79 Date: January 18, 2008 at 12:35
does anyone of you guys here know some site where you can download stuff like this for free? you know what i mean-rare cd's like albums from stranger, maximum, lancia, whitefoxx, jesse strange, slash puppet, blind date or boysvoice,vice,transit...or maybe some of you here are willing to put some of these cd's on mininova for downloading? i really can get them here(croatia)

From: angelica Date: February 3, 2008 at 11:14
Hey sebo, try emule.net.

From: 20gunsalute Date: September 3, 2009 at 19:13
This may be one of the best glam/sleaze albums I have ever heard. I don't know where this was back in the day, but it sure would have been at the top of my list. great riffs, well structured songs, this album can easily hold its own against anything in the genre. Essential purchase for anyone into 80's sleaze/hard rock

From: rick kerch vzla Date: April 13, 2010 at 19:23
Decent album but leading more into the average field..it has good moments("Wanna Hear The Toys","Gunnin' For Ya","Neighborhood Nightmare" and "Paradise Lane")...we had tons of bands like this back in the day better than this lot..the voice is typical of Glam singers with that particular tone(kinda Taime style/Faster Pussycat)..just for real lovers of the genre and real lovers of indie bands (no matter if the band is good or bad).78/100

From: hair metal again Date: September 7, 2014 at 14:56
excellent hair metal release by NOIZE TOYS back in the day and this captures what happened in the LA scene!a nice mixture of early MOTLEY CRUE,POISON &KISS under the hair metal movement and this one is raw, anthemic ,hard rockin and will satisfy every hard rocker around!i d surely like to listen a 2nd release by these guyz!
