Pretty much what you'd expect from a Thunder album, so absolutely no surprises whatsoever. Saying that, it's solid, well written and I enjoyed it thoroughly. Especially good are 'The Thing I Want' which fairly romps along and 'When The Music Played', both top top tunes. Special note for Danny Bowes who still sounds awesome too. The Live bonus album from the Wacken Festival is also a nice little addition to the deluxe edition, showing that the band can still cut it live as they always have. A Good package

Easily the best album they have done in years. Yes the later albums were really good, but all of them followed a "lighter" path than the earlier releases. While not as bombastic or "classic" as their debut, this one sits somewhere between Judgement day and Closed doors sonically. While its become something of a joke in rock circles with Thunder retiring every couple of years, if they can come back with an album like this everytime, let them have their temporary retirements is what I say.

very good release for THUNDER once again ,but still worse than their previous ones!well written & performed songs but not any great hooks or big choruses!the musicianship is fine ,Danny s vocs excellent but i think they must stop releasing something every year!"wonder days" is the best song with a sensational riff
