Heavy-hitting melodic hard rock with a ballsy metal edge. Unfortunately, the choruses are rather lackluster, relying on crunchy riffs and angry attitude more than catchy hooks and memorable melodies. Sure, it's loud and boisterous enough to wake the dead, but it's also as forgettable as swatting a mosquito. The cranking guitars and slamming rhythms will put an initial smile of pleasure on your face, but then those lazy choruses arrive and your smile turns to a "WTF?" look. Solid stuff if all you're looking for is heavy hard rock with lots of pissed-off attitude, but nothing you're going to call your buddy to recommend.

Drums and guitars are awesome, but unfortunately I will have to agree with the former reviewer. The choruses are way too weak and forgettable if wanting to compete with the best albums released. Actually, Hardcore Superstar does it better. Thinking of strong choruses, Nalle's other band Treat did all right on the efficient and recent Coup De Grace.

To me this one was hard rock with measure of Velvet-Revolver-like alternative edge to it. There are a few good moments, but nothing jumps out as an exceptional or memorable track. Just another 'also-ran'.

I have to disagree with the reviews above. This is a nice slab of sleazy hard rock. Has some very catchy hooks. Their rockers are definitely better than the slower songs as this singers voice is built for the fast paced tunes. It is a very pleasant surprise from Demon Doll records. favorite songs are Queen of the Dirt and Who I am. If your a guitar first type of person you will like this album. I rank this album a high 70's certainly not the ranking other here have put.
