The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Sheila CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Sheila are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

French chanteuse Sheila and her one and only foray into the world of AOR & a very good effort it is too. If you are familiar with the albums by Tane Can and Teri Desario, then this will be right up your street. In fact many of the same team/musicians that were on the Tane Cain album appear here too, including AOR producer extraordinaire Keith Olsen. Some of the tunes you maybe familiar with, 'Little Darlin' appeared on Spiders excellent 'S/T', 'Stranded' on Airplay's seminal debut, 'Runner' from the same named Ian Thomas album, and 'Prisoner' which popped up on the debut Sue Saad & The Next album. All versions appearing here remain faithful to the originals and are all very good indeed. All in all this is a very good album, not that often talked about in AOR cirlces, but if you like your early 80's female AOR of the names mentioned above, then this is an essential purchase

unbelievable one day in her life sheila make good music.sheila is a very old french singer.she sing since the start of the sixties a funny but very poor french variety.at the end at the seventies she made a very great disco record.but for me it s impossible to believe that in 1981 she had touch a o r with super musicians and a top class melodic rock productor.thanx to jez for this info.i m curious to listen this album.
