If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Head East CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Head East are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

john shclitt before he joined Petra. Head East was an AOR band that never got over the hump. always played second fiddle to the likes of Journey, Styx, Foreigner and REO Speedwagon. there is a reason they were never in the league with those bands. A solid band but always felt like they lacked somthing.

This is a bargain priced edited version of their 2 record LIVE set. It's got some of their best songs on it, but why not release the full set?

The full version of this album (double vinyl) is one of my favourite live albums ever!!! It's superb, avoid the CD and find the double vinyl version. Joh Schlitt only recorded one more album with the band after this..."A Different Kind of Crazy"...in fact the band splintered after that album and I think only Roger Boyd carried the name on. But after Crazy they just didn't have any kind of groove going on and following albums kinda sucked.

Except Choice of Weapons I should have added ...which is pretty good!
