A bit of a flaccid comeback for Clyde Holly, who is the sole survivor of the original 1993 line-up. "Out on the Streets" is good sprawling hard rock that measures up to the material on "Let the Games Begin". The rest is a bit uneven and I'd go as far as to say "boring".

From: M. Allen Date: March 20, 2003 at 18:58
While I was never a big fan of the band's close-to-legendary debut, it was a pearl of a release compared to this lame comeback attempt. Aside from 1 or 2 songs ("Out on the Streets" & "Ocean"), these guys do nothing right. The album just sounds...tired, for lack of a better word, with weak guitars, dull hooks, blah choruses, and so-so production. Maybe diehard fans will appreciate this sophomore CD more, but trust me, there's much better music than this out there.

It's about time! This band still has it! Listen to "Lay," "Out On The Streets," "Listen" and "Vampire"! Outstanding keys, drum and guitar work, most incredible vocal performance by Clyde Holly, who still has that distinct star quality voice! With the decaying quality of the music we are bombarded with from the record companies today, it is quite refreshing to hear (again) from a great rock band that has held strong to the their style of music. MTM-Music in Germany did good by releasing this! A+

There's not much to fault here – this is great American AOR/melodic rock, familiar without being stereotyped. AOR with a twist if you like. The style dictates that it won't be for every rock fan out there, but those that do invest in this should be well pleased. Fans of the cult debut will also be impressed.

I think it´s rater nice that these bands is still going strong. Boring or not..........it´s better than Backstreet Boys, hip-hop, a.o. Thank you guys, we love AoR

STRONG CLEAR VOICE...BEST TRACK... DO YA..DIGGIN UP BONES.. IS CRAP..VERY AVERAGE

From: Chris Date: July 2, 2003 at 21:16
Biloxi's style of American stadium melodic rock and AOR is not that you would typically expect from the likes of Journey, Bad English or Foreigner. It's a quirky sound that has as much guitar soloing as a good Van Hagar album, as many keyboards as a 80's Kiss album and as much harmony as a Sabu record. Closest comparison in recent times would be Guild Of Ages I they went AOR. Biloxi play a brand of moody, layered melodic rock, that falls between being rockers or ballads.

I think this CD is GREAT! There is a lot of good songs, and the vocals are excellent!!

From: Misty Date: February 25, 2004 at 19:15
Clyde Holly still has it...what an outstanding voice! Songs are excellent, a little more mature than the legendary "Let The Games Begin" but nevertheless, it is great AOR with great guitar and production! Germany salutes you!

From: Rockhead Date: March 5, 2004 at 10:03
Listen, Lay, Ocean are 3 of the best songs released in the last decade. I love this Cd to death. Clyde Holly is a rock god. I hope Biloxi keep releasing product. If you don't own this-then you should

What an excellent CD! I still listen to the first one...please don't wait so long for another. Lay and Far From Home are the most outstanding tracks! Clyde Holly has one of the best voices in rock music!

First album was better. Killer song: Starting over ! Nuff said.

From: Geoff Date: March 10, 2005 at 18:11
Their debut is much better IMO, but to be honest this ain't too bad. I agree with the posts that call this a little "tired" sounding, as it is certainly nowhere near as spirited as the debut. Musically nowhere near it either. But this is decent hard rock. Unfortunately not much more than that though. I just can't find the highlights or moments that make it essential. Just decent.

From: juan carlos Date: May 3, 2007 at 17:46
Recomendado. 8.6/10

Clyde Holly passed aways in september 2006. He IS the best vocalist on whole AOR stage! We will remember you, Clyde...

From: rallen399 Date: July 3, 2010 at 15:20
I have to say that I think this is even better then the 1st one with epic anthems like, Far From Home and Do Ya' to the more mellow but still rocking tunes like Lay ,Starting Over, Vampire and Ocean with great orchestration and vocal layering. And a couple of up tempo hook laden songs like, Out On The Streets and the excellent Diggin' Up Bones you can't go wrong here. They kind of remind me of early Styx before they wimped out with all the love songs.Love this cd 9.0/10.

Biloxi - one of my favourite places in the USA, because my amazing uncle lived there (RIP). Although the aor band of the same name isn't so amazing for me, still I'd put them into the better half of melody rock scene. It reminds me aor of early 80s, mostly Under Fire but I can feel some influences of Journey, Boston or Styx. Moreover, (I can't help myself) I can hear in Clyde Holly (RIP)'s vocal some vibes Johnny Gioeli of Hardline has alike. And this is for me a positive aspect of this album. 75/100.
