The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Breathless CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. EPs and CD-singles from Breathless are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

Great aor! Just listen to the mega song Takin' It Back! Maybe one of the best aor songs ever! If you´re into early 80's aor you should like this one!

I bought this album (LP, remember those?)when it first came out back in the early 1980's. when technology advanced to cassettes & CD's, I lost track of this album. I just now found it again on CD! Awesome! This is one of the best groups I've ever heard!

This is a compilation of the bands 2 albums with only 1 song missing from the 1st and I think 2 from their 2nd (Nobody Leaves This Song Alive). The band had some excellent songs, the first album listed on these pages was very breezy but the second album came from a much darker place songs like Happy Ending and Back of My Mind are very unsettling. Wild Weekend is a big happy song tho but this compilation isn't complete without the classic Videos(You're Gonna Be In The). Why cut the missing songs?

As Nick mentions this is a game of two halves style wise. The tracks from the debut album are bright & breezy AOR, check out 'Takin' It Back' & 'Walk Right In' for a taster, similar in style to some of the Donnie Iris material (which is not surprising as Marc Avsec & Kevin Valentine are involved). The tracks from the second album are much darker, although just as good, with 'Happy Ending' being a good example of the more edgy sound. Fantastic stuff and another one to track down at all costs.

WOW !!! I am listening to it right now. For the third time in a row ! And what can I say ?? AMAZING !! PHANTASTIC !! Buy, if you can find it !

From: happy2849 Date: January 13, 2011 at 14:22
Have both albums on vinyl (remember those) so I'm not sure getting this would be any improvement! At times I find the tracks a little to lite and some did not hold up well over the years. Don't get me wrong, there are some great tracks here, but will probably just listen to it old style unless I find it cheap!
