MelodicRock.Com 10th Anniversary Concert
Photo Gallery
I had a wonderful vantage point for the concert, Royal Box
seats at the front of the second level, just slightly off-center to the left,
which presented a perfect opportunity to take pictures. It was an incredible
day, with some great music.
Disclaimer: I know absolutely nothing about photography outside of
pointing a camera and clicking the button, so if the shots are of poor quality,
too dang bad. ;) The pictures for each band performance are in sequential
order, beginning of set to end.
Enjoy the pics! -Dan

The MelodicRock Allstars
Affectionately self-named "Clusterfuck", they had never even met until
an hour before the show, let alone rehearsed, and did a yeoman's job.
Vocals: Michael Eden (Eden's Curse), Keyboards: Eric Ragno (Ted Poley, China Blue, American Angel), Drums: John Parker (Talon), Guitar: Vic Rivera (Adriangale, Crunch, Poley Rivera), Bass: Doug O'Dell (Crunch).

These guys were quite good. Very tight and a good sound.

One of the standout sets of the concert for many people. This was their
third show in 24 hours, yet their energy and enthusiasm was vibrant. When
you play over 100 shows a year, that's got to be insane!

Kevin Chalfant Band

Great set! Kevin's voice is MUCH more powerful live than his studio
material suggests. Great seeing Josh Ramos come out and play when they
did material from "The Storm."

Jeff Scott Soto

The man is incredible. Personally, I think Neal Schon and the other egos
in Journey were jealous of being upstaged by Jeff on a nightly basis, which
is why they treated Jeff in the shitty way they did. Their loss. The duet
of "Since You've Been Gone" with Joe Lynn Turner was a once-in-a-lifetime
event.

Scrap Metal (and a shitload of guests)
Scrap Metal Myspace Page
Wow. Just wow. Mark Slaughter, Matthew and Gunnar Nelson, Kelly Keagy, and Eric Martin. Periodically joined by Jack Blades, Jim Peterik, Joe Lynn Turner, Jimi Jamison, Kevin Chalfant, and Jeff Scott Soto.
What. An. Incredible. Finale!
